RETURN POLICY

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


REFUND

Order cancellations will be accepted with full refund of the amount paid only if not yet shipped. Remembering that we send our orders within 24 hours.

If there is a need to cancel an order that is already in the delivery route, you must refuse the order upon receipt so that the product returns to us without any indication of use and the refund will be made by subtracting the shipping costs.

If the order is not refused by the customer, the cost of returning the product to our factory will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

CHARGE PLUS disclaims liability for returned items until the item arrives at our distribution center. At our discretion, a refund can be issued without the need for a refund.

PRODUCT REFUSAL

In cases of product refusal, the customer must wait until the status of the tracking code is changed to "Alert" and notify the Call Center by email: contact@chargemaxplus.com

If the status is not changed within 7 days, the customer must contact the post office and request proof that the product has been returned to our Distribution Center

ORDERS PAID WITH CREDIT CARD

Orders paid by credit card can be refunded through a chargeback with the card issuer.

After confirmation of the cancellation by CHARGE PLUS with the card administrator, the refund / chargeback period is up to (two) subsequent invoices.

Even if the order was paid in installments at the time of purchase, the amount is fully returned to the card administrator, with the installments already paid being refunded to the customer.

If the event of a credit card declined by the administrator at the time of purchase, the order will be automatically canceled.

ORDERS PAID WITH PAYPAL

Orders paid through Paypal will be refunded through your account within 15 (fifteen) business days.

EXCHANGES

CHARGE PLUS sends its products directly from the manufacturer to the customer's home, thus, any defect detected at the time of receipt is authorized for the customer to contact for product replacement.

The photos sent to us due to a defect will go through our analysis section for evaluation. If the product is found to be defective, CHARGE PLUS will arrange to ship the same product to the customer's address. The delivery of this product will take place within 25 working days from the date of posting.

MISSING ITEMS

Photos sent to us due to missing items will go through our analysis section for evaluation. If it is found that products are missing, CHARGE PLUS will arrange to ship the same product to the customer's address. If the customer does not wish to receive a new shipment for the replacement of the missing product and wishes to reimburse the amount paid, the refund will be made only for the missing items.

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

If the order is received by the customer and the customer does not have their needs met, it will be necessary to contact the Service Center within 2 (two) business days after receiving the product.

This email must contain:

  1. The reason for the return;
  2. The address to which it was returned;
  3. The new tracking code to locate the order.

Attention: The cost of returning the product to our factory will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to correctly pack the product, so that it does not suffer any damage or other damage on return to our Distribution Center.

CHARGE PLUS has up to 3 business days after receiving the product at its Distribution Center, to analyze whether the request meets this policy. After checking, if everything is correct, the request will be fulfilled and you will be refunded.
